<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small sized diaphragm pump decreased in a noise actuat ed by the inlet valve. SOLUTION: In the small sized diaphragm pump 21 which equips multi diaphragms 23 to form pump house 25 in the case 22 and pumps by the seesaw movement of the said diaphragm 23 by pitch and roll body 24 rocked by eccentric rotating shaft 30, to set up a through-hole 26 at the center of the said diaphragm 23 bottom, and bores an air introductory hole 27 connected to the through-hole 26 in the pitch and roll body 24, and forms inlet valve body V1 at the through-hole 26 with inlet valve 32, and further to bore exhaust hole 32a at the center of the case 22 and form multi ring concave gutters 33 connected to the exhaust hole 32a at periphery of the exhaust hole 32a, and set up inlet valve body 24 which consists of the upper part of the diagram 23 in multi ring concave gutters 33 and exhaust hole 32a and forms outlet valve body V2.</p> |
