The holding and fastening element (10) has an anchor (20) for anchoring of holding and fastening element in a body. A holding part (30) is connected with the anchor, in form of a grip or a hanger. The anchor has an anchor body (22) and lamella (24). The anchor body is formed in a conical shape. The holding and fastening element is made of plastic and metal sheet.
