A washing machine is provided to prevent the generation of bad odor by removing and discharging impurities between a water receiving tub and a washing tub by a plurality of moving elements. A washing machine includes a plurality of moving elements(100) received in a gap between an inner surface of a water receiving tub(60) and an outer peripheral surface of a washing tub(70), and a protecting net(110) blocking an inlet of a drain part(62) for preventing the moving elements from being drained via the drain part. The protecting net has a frame and a plurality of ribs formed in a direction at uniform interval for passing not the moving elements but impurities. |
