A vehicle panic booster is provided to place a sleeve spring in a spring housing having a predetermined length and maintain the length of the sleeve spring uniform to maintain a panic function. A vehicle panic booster includes a push rod(160), an air valve(120), a plunger(130), a ball bearing(150), a sleeve spring(193), and a spring housing(210). The push rod operates in connection with a brake pedal in a piston. The plunger has a bearing groove. The ball bearing is mounted in the bearing groove. The sleeve spring presses a sleeve. One side of the spring housing comes into contact with a power piston and the other side comes into contact with the sleeve such that the sleeve spring fixes a panic function start point.
