A resistance laminated conductor for printed circuit board and printed circuit board are provided to obtain resistance laminated conductor having excellent resistance workability and cracking prevention. A resistance laminated conductor of printed circuit board comprises a copper(101) and resistance layer(102) having the copper at one side. The copper is electrolytic copper form manufactured by electrolytic copper production process and has 12~70mum of thickness. An impurity is used by selecting one or more among sulfur, carbon, oxygen, and iron in weight of 5000ppm based on total weight.
