A multichannel trocar equipped with a sealing member where various surgical instruments are mounted is provided to allow a laparoscope operation without cutting the abdomen open. A multichannel trocar equipped with a sealing member comprises the following units. A ring member is connected to the top and bottom of a bushing(200). A grip portion is protruded from the bottom of the bushing. A main body(100) includes a body, a mounting member, an attaching cover, a valve member, an isolation member and a filter member. The bushing is connected to the lower part of the main body and a sealing member(300) is mounted on the upper part. The main body has a space which penetrates through the main body. A bonding groove is formed on the lower part of the main body. A supporting part is protruded on the bonding groove.
