A recording medium is provided to suppress cross-talk caused in the two or more recorded layers through the reflective layer made of a material whose reflectivity changes according to temperature. A recording medium comprises a first recorded layer(L0) in which data are recorded, a second recorded layer(L1) which is arranged apart from the first recorded layer and in which data are recorded, and a reflective layer(LR) which is arranged apart from the second recorded layer at the opposite side to the first recorded layer.
