ELECTRIC AUXILIARY HEATING FOR A MOTOR VEHICLE

An electrical auxiliary heating device for a vehicle is provided to control the thermal power generated by a heating element and prevent temperature oscillation of heated air even in case driving state of the vehicles is dynamically changed. An electrical auxiliary heating device(1) for a vehicle comprises a PTC heating element, a controller, and a temperature measuring part(3). One or more PTC heating elements are formed to heat the air flowing through the auxiliary heating device. The controller controls the thermal power of one or more PTC heating elements. The temperature measuring part measures the cool air temperature of the air to be heated with the heating element. The temperature measuring part measures the cool air temperature based on measured one or more temperature values.
