CALIPER BRAKE FOR A VEHICLE

A vehicle caliper brake is provided to make a pad plate and a spring pad contact each other not by surface but linearly by forming a plurality of protrusions to any one of the pad plate and the spring pad for smooth relative sliding motion thereof. A vehicle caliper brake(100) includes a piston, a pair of pad plates(20) moving in association with the piston and attached with brake pads, a bracket(30) formed with supporting grooves(40) to be inserted by protrusions(50) of the pad plate for preventing the deviation of the pad plate, and a spring pad(60) for preventing the vibration of the pad plate, wherein at least any one of the pad plate or the spring pad is formed with a plurality of protrusions(70) for smooth relative motion of the pad plate or the spring pad.
