A side LED package for improving the light efficiency is provided to prevent the reflection efficiency drop by the light absorption of the reflection efficiency drop and prevent wide angle with the limited angle of reflection of the light-emitted light. A side LED package(100) comprises a lead frame(130), a reflection housing(110), and a support housing(120). The lead frame is insulated to plus pole and minus pole. The reflection housing unites with the front side of the lead frame. As the reflection housing an inner wall surface forming a hollow to the route of the LED chip is inclined, hollow is expanded to the front. The supporting housing supports the lead frame by combining the backplane of the lead frame.
