An instant lottery winning confirmation method is provided to confirm and manage all procedures up to a final settlement process from a winning ticket confirmation process at a lottery ticket store, by using a wireless authentication terminal. A lottery ticket winning confirmation program is executed by a wireless authentication terminal registered in a lottery ticket issuing place. Access to the terminal is allowed by inputting an ID and a password. As a selling place ID is inputted, the selling place ID and a scanned instant lottery ticket bar code are encoded. The encoded selling place ID and instant lottery ticket bar code are transmitted to a winning ticket authentication server of the lottery ticket issuing place. The server decodes a statement of the encoded ID and bar code, and confirms a winning result as authenticating the selling place ID. |
