<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deceleration control performed at curve from giving incompatible sense to a driver. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The deceleration control device calculates a control amount of the deceleration control based on a lateral acceleration restriction value Yg<SP>*</SP>. The deceleration control device is provided with a curve exit determination part 16 for determining that the vehicle travels at the curve exit; and a lateral acceleration restriction value correction part 17 for reducing the control amount of the deceleration control by correcting the lateral acceleration restriction value Yg<SP>*</SP>when the curve exit determination part 16 detects that the vehicle travels at the curve exit.
