摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that since a conventionally measured rating indicates a degree of interest concerning a broadcasted program in the past, even if the next program is produced or edited based on a result of investigation, it is not known how much a viewer expects to view a program to be broadcasted so that reaction from viewers can not be always obtained to a program to be broadcasted actually and further, an effect of advertisement corresponding to incentive of provisioning fees can not be always given to a sponsor. <P>SOLUTION: Previous notice information of a program and a questionnaire of that program are broadcasted from a broadcasting device 1 to an information processing apparatus 2 in advance and based on the questionnaire, viewing related information of "view", "view if have a time therefor", "not view" and the like or accumulation related information is collected from viewers.
