A signal transceiving method and a signal transceiving device are provided to exactly identify a signal frame, and to reduce a detection error of the signal frame. An information generator generates layer 1 information to be inserted into a signal frame. An information coding unit performs an ECC(Error Correction Coding) process for the layer 1 information by using a shortening technique and a puncturing technique. The information coding unit interleaves bits where the layer 1 information is ECC-performed. A frame builder(130) arranges the bits of the layer 1 information in a preamble of the signal frame. The frame builder allocates and disposes a PLP(Physical Layer Pipe) to the signal frame. Modulators(150a-150r) modulate the signal frame. A transmitter transmits the signal frame to at least one RF channel.
