<p>A colored photosensitive composition is provided to improve light-proof property of a color filter array and to be useful for preparing a color filter array formed on the device for coloring CCD and CMOS sendors. A colored photosensitive composition comprises a coloring agent, a photo sensitive compound and an alkali-soluble resin. The coloring agent contains at least one selected from a red-coloring agent, a compound represented by chemical formula (I), and its salts. In chemical formula (I), Z1 and Z2 are independently oxygen atom or sulfur atom; R1- R4 are independently hydrogen atom, C1-10 saturated aliphatic hydrocarbon group, hydroxyl-substituted C1-10 saturated aliphatic hydrocarbon group, C1-8 alkoxyl group-substituted C1-10 saturated aliphatic hydrocarbon group, C1-8 thioalkoxyl group-substituted C1-10 saturated aliphatic hydrocarbon group, C6-20 aryl group, C7-20 aralkyl group or C2-10 acyl group; and R5 ~ R12 are independently hydrogen atom, halogen atom, C1-10 saturated aliphatic hydrocarbon group, halogenated C1-10 saturated aliphatic hydrocarbon group, C1-8 alkoxyl group, carboxyl group, sulfo group, sulfamoyl group or N-substituted sulfamoyl group, wherein at least one is N-substituted sulfamoyl group.</p> |
