A car black box by the law of inertia is provided to distinguish real patient and feigned patient due to traffic accident by recording the speed and pressure of a vehicle. A car black box by the law of inertia comprises a sliding case. A rod(2) and a first spring(10) are put between the sliding cases(3,4) and a second spring(11), a first puck(5) and a third spring(13) are assembled inside the sliding case. A fourth spring(12), a second puck(6), and a fifth spring(14) are assembled inside the sliding case. A lead records a recording line on a recording paper as the puck is moved toward a side getting a shock due to the law of inertia when a vehicle receives impact.
