Oral pharmaceutical compositions containing a lipase inhibitor are provided to improve medicinal efficacy of lipase inhibitor, minimize side effects of lipase inhibitor at its dosage, and improve patient compliance by formulating them as tablets or capsules. The oral pharmaceutical composition contains the lipase inhibitor and at least one excipient selected from a water-soluble polymer and a dispersing agent, wherein the mixing ratio of lipase inhibitor and excipient is 1:0.1-10; the water-soluble polymer is alginate, carrageenan, chitosan, starch, dextrin, arabic gum, guar gum, xanthan gum, cellulose, carboxylmethyl cellulose, sodium carboxylmethyl guar gum, propylene glycol alginate(PGA), gelatin type A, B, whey protein, b-lactoglobulin, casein, albumin, pectin, soybean protein, carbomer or poly L-lysine; dispersing agent is bentonite, magnesium aluminum silicate, magnesium trisilicate, magnesium oxide, aluminum silicic acid, kaolin, microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide, or talc; and the excipient is carbomer, gelatin, casein or bentonite.
