A method for manufacturing an industrial adhesive by using the capsule by-product is provided to prevent the deterioration of the viscosity of an adhesive by making it within a specific temperature range. A method for manufacturing an industrial adhesive by using the capsule by-product comprises the steps of mixing water 10 ~ 89.5 weight% and the capsule by-product 10 ~ 89.5 weight% in a reactor; maintaining the temperature of the reactor to be 35 ~ 100°C to dissolve completely the capsule by-product in water; removing the oil part floating at the upper layer from the mixture where the capsule by-product is completely dissolved by using an adsorption cloth; injecting an antifoaming agent 0.1 ~ 0.3 weight% to the mixture to remove bubble; injecting a decolorant 0.1 ~ 0.3 weight% to the mixture for decoloration, precipitating it, passing it through a filter of 100 ~ 300 mesh, and packaging it; and cooling it in a cooling tank for 5 ~ 10 hours. |
