<p>METHODS OF INDUCING A CYTOTOXIC IMMUNE RESPONSE AND RECOMBINANT SIMIAN ADENOVIRUS COMPOSITIONS USEFUL THEREIN A method of inducing a CD8+ T response against a selected molecule by delivering the molecule via a recombinant simian adenovirus is provided. Also provided are methods of inducing interferon-[err] and interferon-[err] by delivering a recombinant simian adenovirus to a subject. The methods and compositions of the invention are particularly well suited for prophylaxis and treatment of infections with human immunodeficiency virus and human papilloma virus, among others, and cancer therapy.</p> |
