PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internal combustion engine capable of reducing vibration when it is driven and improving productivity. SOLUTION: The internal combustion engine 1 includes a crankshaft 5. The internal combustion engine 1 also includes a crank pulley 6 and a flywheel 7 as circular members having circular planar shapes. The crank pulley and the flywheel are attached to ends of the crankshaft 5 at circle centers of circular planar shapes thereof. The circular members are provided with unbalance masses so that a direction from the circle center of the circular planar shape of the circular member to the center of gravity of the circular member is opposite to the direction of a force generated in the circular member so as to make the circular member eccentric when the internal combustion engine 1 is driven. The unbalance masses are provided on the circular members before the assembling of the internal combustion engine 1 is completed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
