A power cable coffin box is provided to satisfy the water-tightness and water proof property even in generating temperature change. A power cable coffin box(30) comprises one or more openings(32) for inletting water(C) and discharging air on the upper portion of body(12) inside space(14). The charging is performed by overflowing water from the body. The opening forms more than 100mm and less than 100,000mm of area. The opening forms more than 100mm and less than 2,000mm of length.
