Connecting element and light board

The connecting element has an annular adhesive reservoir (4) formed at a bolt (2). A fastener is mountable on the bolt. The adhesive reservoir is surrounded partially by a protective cover (5). The protective cover contracts under heat effect. The adhesive reservoir is emptied by contraction of the protective cover. The adhesive reservoir contains an adhesive e.g. thermoplastic resin, which melts under the heat effect, where a softening temperature of the adhesive lies above a contraction temperature of the protective cover. An independent claim is also included for a lightweight building board comprising two outer cover layers.
