A broadcasting recording and viewing device for mobile reception, a method thereof, and a storage medium for storing the method are provided to enable a viewer to freely select a preferred program among recorded programs, so that the viewer can view the selected program. Mobile reception broadcasting is received(S10). From the received mobile reception broadcasting, all of programs that a terminal is capable of receiving are collectively recorded. A program to be viewed is selected among the recorded programs(S50). If the mobile reception broadcasting is an encoded program, the encoded program is recorded. If the encoded program is selected, an authentication request is performed. A part from which an error is generated is searched from the recorded mobile reception broadcasting data(S70). |
