A motor and motor-integrated pump having the motor are provided to suppress the relative positional deviation of insulator and controlling substrate. A motor comprises a stator core(41), insulator(43, 44), winding wire, controlling substrate(46), two more pins(6), attaching unit(61), and reinforcing rib(62). The stator core installs along inner circumference or outer circumference. The insulator provides plural coating unit which is attached to the stator core. The winding wire generates magnetic force. The controlling substrate is placed at one side of axis direction of stator core and controls current.
