A space expansion device for the ceiling of a tent is provided to prevent water from gathering in the ceiling by preventing the deflection of the ceiling of a tent in case of rain, to prevent the breakdown of the ceiling due to the weight of snow by preventing snow from accumulating on the ceiling in case of snow, and to live pleasantly in a tent without a sense of oppression by expanding the inside of a tent. A space expansion device for the ceiling of a tent comprises elastic fabric(104) sewed and attached to the cut part formed by cutting and separating the ceiling(103) of inner fabric(102) of a tent into the appointed size, a support loop(105) sewed and attached to the center of the elastic fabric, a support pipe(111) inserted to the support loop to be supported to the center, bent on right and left sides at the preset angle to have elasticity and coupled with an insertion pipe at two ends to lift up the ceiling of the tent, a fixing band(121) and an adjustment band(131) coupled with eyelets(122,132) to insert and support the insertion pipe and sewed, attached to the inner fabric on the front and rear parts of the elastic fabric, and a buckle(141) fixing the other end of the fixing band and passing the other end of the adjustment band to knot.
