<p>A battery unit (14) comprises a battery case (50), and a plurality of battery modules (60) stored and held in the battery case (50). The battery case includes a bottom wall (505) and a partition (503, 509). The plurality of battery modules (60) are mounted on the bottom wall (505). The partition (503, 509) is provided and erected on the bottom wall (505). The partition (503, 509) separates the battery modules (60) adjacent in a second direction (Y) traversing a first direction (X). The first direction (X) is oriented from a first end (50a) of the battery case (50) at which an inlet (86) is formed to a second end (50b) at which an outlet (555, 556) is formed. The partition (503, 509) extends along a plane where the battery modules face each other in the second direction (Y) along the battery modules.
