A crude oil recovery apparatus of an oil tanker is provided to prevent sea contamination and marine ecosystem disruption effectively by reducing the quantity of crude oil spilled on the sea from a hull of an oil tanker to the maximum and preventing the spread of sea contamination due to a crude oil spill accident. A crude oil recovery apparatus of an oil tanker comprises a crude oil recovery holder(10) formed in the trumpet shape and equipped with a magnet to be attached to a damaged part of a hull with magnetic force and guiding crude oil spilled on the sea from the hull, a tube(20) connected to the crude oil recovery holder by a connection hose having elasticity and flexibility, provided with an inside space to house crude oil spilled from the hull and floated on the sea, a pumping hose(41) connected to the tube and provided with a pump(40) to pump up crude oil, and a crude oil recovery vessel(100) housing the crude oil conveyed by the pumping hose and the pump.
