A droplet discharging apparatus with a piezoelectric voltage generator, and a droplet discharging method using the same are provided to control the speed of isolating a nozzle and an object in order to control the size of droplet and move a substrate or the object in order to change the relative distance between the object and the nozzle. A droplet discharging apparatus with a piezoelectric voltage generator comprises a water tank(20), a nozzle(10), and a voltage generator(100). Solution is contained in a water tank. The nozzle has an opening in which solution is discharged in a droplet form. The voltage generator includes piezoelectric materials in which voltage is generated with instantaneous press and applies the voltage generated by pressing the piezoelectric material in order to discharge droplet through the nozzle.
