A cylinder driving device of a die-casting chiller using a pneumatic cylinder and a cooling system thereof are provided to match a chiller pneumatic cylinder and an air supply and exhaust device accurately when cooling is started and terminated. A cylinder driving device of a die-casting chiller using a pneumatic cylinder comprises: a chiller pneumatic cylinder(450) in which check valves(A,B) are respectively installed at a piston(453); a docking port(540) in which two air nozzles(530,530') inserted into the check valve are formed; a docking port drive cylinder(550) getting the docking port near the chiller pneumatic cylinder or pulling back the docking port; and a solenoid valve(520) in which the other end is connected to the air nozzle of the docking port. The chiller pneumatic cylinder vertically operates the chiller pneumatic cylinder. The air nozzle is inserted into the check valve when the docking port supplies the air to the chiller pneumatic cylinder or ejects the air.
