A hard disk drive is provided to reduce the leakage flux through the leakage flux reduction part laminated on the top of the top motor casing. A hard disk drive comprises a base(20) in which a voice coil motor(28) for driving an actuator(26) is provided, a cover(30) combined on the top of the base, and a leakage flux reduction part(50) of laminated plate shape to reduce the leakage flux from the voice coil motor. The voice coil motor is composed of a bobbin on which a voice coil is wound, a pair of magnets which generate a magnetic field interacting with the electric filed by the voice coil, and a motor casing in which the magnets are combined. The leakage flux reduction part is combined on the top of the motor casing.
