A power generator system is provided to generate electricity by transforming the movement of a body through a device attached to the body. A power generator system comprises a kinetic energy detecting unit, an electric energy converting unit, and a charging unit for charging electric energy. The kinetic energy detecting unit is composed of a tube containing a fluid and a cover surrounding the tube. The electric energy converting unit is composed of a cylinder device converting the pressure variation in the tube expanded or contracted, a kinetic energy conversion device converting the cylinder device into rotational motion, and a micro-electric generator attached to the kinetic energy conversion device. The charging unit has a charging terminal for charging a storage battery(107).
