A vehicle power steering system is provided to supply a steering shaft with auxiliary steering force by the force of a compression spring according to the vehicle speed change or driver's manipulation, thereby reducing the capacity of a motor. A vehicle power steering system includes a steering force supplying unit, which includes a roller(19) and ball bearings(21) respectively contacting a roller guide groove(15a) of a second reduction gear(15) and ball bearing guide grooves of circular disc cams and connected vertically by a connection shaft(23), a motor shaft(25), a rotation pin(27) coupled with the motor shaft, spring guides(29) having body parts(29a) rotatively coupled with the rotation pin and rod parts connecting the body parts to the ball bearings integrally, and compression springs(31) fitted into the rod parts and supported by the bearings and the body parts respectively.
