A lining method of a valve having a projection and a valve having a projection provided with the lining are provided to heighten chemical resistance and corrosion resistance without using high-priced metal having excellent corrosion resistance by forming linings on the upper side and the outer side of a projection, and a portion of the upper side of a flange as well as the inside of a valve having a projection to the uniform and sufficient thickness. A lining method of a valve having a projection, for lining a valve provided with a tubular body, a flange formed on one end of the body, and a tubular projection formed on the other end of the flange and communicated with the body, comprises a rotational molding step of lining the inside of the valve, or, the inside of the valve and a portion of the upper side of the projection with the existing rotational molding method, a press-fitting step of manufacturing an outer lining(110c) for the outside of the projection for lining the outside of a projection which is not lined by the rotational molding step, and press-fitting to the projection, and a welding step of melting the boundary between the lined part by the rotational molding step and the press-fitted outer lining of the projection by the press-fitting step, and then connecting.
