The invention relates to a hand washing apparatus (10 figure 1) for cleaning and drying hands. The apparatus comprises a drying means and a waste air disposal means 52 which prevents air from escaping directly from the hand washing apparatus. The apparatus may comprise a waste air cleaning means such as a micro filter 54. The apparatus may have a plumbed in water supply 20 and a waste water disposal means comprising a controlled drain outlet 30. The apparatus may comprise an ultra sonic emitter operable to provide a low level ultra sonic agitation within the apparatus and an LCD display. |
