FILM SHADOW MASK FOR COATING

A film shadow mask for coating is provided to improve the price competitive power by using a film mask which is cheaper than conventional metal shadow mask. A film shadow mask for coating comprises a lower plate and shadow mask. The shadow mask is placed on the upper portion of lower plate. The shadow mask is made of film and has sort key(23). The shadow mask is detachable to practice next process after removing the film.
