A crease molding apparatus is provided to facilitate crease molding and allow persons except the skilled to simply mold creases on the fabric by adjusting heights of rollers or a widths between the rollers, thereby creasing a fabric and setting the creased fabric very simply. A crease molding apparatus comprises first crease molding equipment(100), a guiding unit, a crease pusher equipment(300), a setting machine(400), a cooling and discharge part(500), and a control panel(600). The first crease molding equipment includes an upper wheel supporting frame(110), a lower wheel supporting frame(120), a height adjusting part(130), a lower wheel(140), and an upper wheel(150). The height adjusting part has a guide rod(131), a screw rod(132), upper and lower nuts(133), and a bracket. The crease pusher equipment includes a pair of front and rear pusher devices, a rotary shaft, an inner frame(350), and an outer frame(360). The outer frame has small holes(361), large holes(362), and straight slots(363). The cooling and discharge part includes a discharge guiding plate(510) and a blowing unit(520). |
