An aqueous coating agent composition suitable for both solvent real image and general real image, and its manufacturing method are provided to improve working velocity and to prevent a dye from being washed out in case of the exposure to rain. An aqueous coating agent composition suitable for both solvent real image and general real image comprises purified water 60~80 weight%, a porous filler 2~10 weight%, a surfactant 0.01~0.5 weight%, an adhesive resin solution 10~25 weight%, a dispersant 0.01~7 weight%, a penetrant 0.01~1 weight%, an antifoaming agent 0.01~1.5 weight%, and an ammonia water 0.1~1.5 weight%. The porous filler is selected from the group consisting of a silica powder, an alumina powder, a heavy calcium carbonate powder, a light calcium carbonate powder, a talc powder, a zeolite powder and an aluminum hydroxide powder. The adhesive resin solution is selected from the group consisting of an acrylic copolymer resin emulsion, an methacrylic copolymer resin emulsion, an poly(vinyl acetate) emulsion, a poly(vinyl chloride) emulsion, a styrene-acrylic copolymerization emulsion, an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymerization emulsion, a poly(vinyl alcohol) emulsion, a poly(vinyl pyrrolidone) emulsion, a polysol and a water-soluble binder. |
