A spray system for viscous emulsion is provided to prevent the viscous emulsion from being hardened until the viscous emulsion is sprayed and uniformly spray the viscous emulsion along the circumference of a matrix by transferring the viscous emulsion. A spray system for viscous emulsion comprises a supporting mold(12), a supply pipe(26), a heating element, and spray units(30). The supporting mold has a partition(14) formed therein and first and second passages circumferentially formed at both sides of the partition. The supply pipe is connected to the second passage of the supporting mold to supply an emulsion(24) to the second passage. The heating element is installed along the first passage. The spray units are arranged along the inner peripheral surface of the supporting mold at predetermined intervals and connected to one another through the second passage to spray the emulsion. The supply pipe has a heating wire(28) wound on the outer surface thereof. The spray unit comprises a guide pipe, an adjusting pipe, and a spray nozzle. The spray unit has a heating wire(32) wound on the outer surface thereof.
