A heat transfer cell and a heat transfer assembly for heat exchanger, and methods of fabricating the same are provided to prevent a welding fail in laminating due to the drooping of the lower part of the heat transfer plate, and to keep stable contact between fluid and the heat transfer plate by minimizing vortex and flow resistance in a fluid path. A heat transfer assembly for heat exchanger comprises a heat transfer shell(100) including a shell main body(130) and heat transfer plates having a pair of first flange sides(112,113,122,123) and a pair of second flange sides(114,115,125). The shell main body is composed of a first fluid path which is formed by joining the heat transfer plates, a welding sealing line(S1) for welding to seal the first flange sides adhere to each other, a second fluid passage outside groove(101) intersecting the first fluid path at right angle, and an entrance(131) and an exit formed by the second flange sides to be connected to the first fluid path. |
