ORGANIC ELECTROLUMINESCENT DEVICE AND METHOD FOR FABRICATING THE SAME

An organic light-emitting device and manufacturing method thereof are provided to minimize the damage of organic layer which is generated in forming a second electrode by dopping metal oxide. An organic layer of organic light-emitting device comprises a light-emitting layer and the organic layer contacting with a second electrode in organic layer comprises a metal oxide. The metal oxide is selected among a group comprising MoO3, WO3 and V2O5. The metal oxide is contained in the concentration of more than 1wt.% and less than 100wt.% among the organic layers. The organic light-emitting device is front side light-emitting device or both sides light-emitting device. The second electrode contains a particle having high kinetic energy and electric charge and is formed by the thin film formation technology.
