A method for suppressing the scattering of dust is provided to suppress dust simply and rapidly by directly spraying a dust controller on the exposed soil surface. A method for suppressing the scattering of dust comprises the steps of mixing 35~45 weight% of an acrylic polymer with 55~65 weight% of fresh water to prepare a dust controller raw solution; diluting the dust controller raw solution with fresh water to prepare a dust controller; spraying the dust controller to the surface soil of the applied object region; and solidifying the applied object region.
