A chair having a heating function is provided to heat a seat to a proper temperature through a heating device, reduce the production cost of the chair, and use the heating device safely. A chair having a heating function comprises a heating air drum(20) installed under a seat(10), and a heating device placed on the bottom of the heating air drum and ignited to heat the seat by transferring heat generated through the heating device to the seat. The heating air drum has a passage(22) formed in a lower part of one side thereof, a direct heat blocking plate formed in an inner central part thereof to prevent heat generated from the heating device from being directly transferred to the seat, and a ventilating opening(24) formed in an upper part of the direct heat blocking plate to ventilate the exhaust gas to the outside.
