A chain hammer crusher for the intermediate treatment of the construction waste is provided to pulverize paste effectively and to remove the edged part, thereby improving the particle size. A chain hammer crusher for the intermediate treatment of the construction waste comprises a case(100) provided with a crushing chamber(111) having an input hole(112) and a discharge hole(113); a first chain type grinding part(120) installed inside the case to pulverize the construction waste put into the crushing chamber; and a plurality of chain bars(130) installed inside the case in the vertical length direction to hit secondly the circulation aggregate hit by the first chain type grinding part. The first chain type grinding part comprises a drive motor(121); a power transmission member(122) which transmits the power generated by the drive motor; a driving shaft(123) which is mounted in the crushing chamber of the case in one direction and is received with the power through the power transmission member so as to revolve; a rotor(124) which is formed in the circumference of the driving shaft; and a hammer(126) which is connected to the circumference of the rotor through a chain(125) and rotates together with the rotor to pulverize the construction waste. The rotor comprises a plurality of discs which are arranged along the shaft direction in the circumference of the driving shaft; and a fixed bar which is put into the chain to fix the chain with penetrating the circumference of the discs.
