A precast panel and the manufacturing method thereof are provided to shorten a manufacturing process of a precast panel by constructing the outward appearance of a panel in the same method without attaching a tile, installing finishing stone or painting the concrete surface. A manufacturing method of a precast panel comprises the steps of manufacturing a GFRC(glass fiber reinforced concrete) structure by placing concrete materials containing white cement and a pigment, glass fiber and polymer in a mold and curing the surface, manufacturing a metal structure corresponding to the size of the concrete structure by assembling many metal members, fixing many structure connecting anchors to the metal structure, setting the metal structure on the concrete structure to make the other side of the structure connecting angle located in the top of the concrete structure which is not dried completely, placing and curing reinforcement mortar around the structure connecting anchor and fixing the concrete structure and the metal structure to be spaced out from each other, and finishing the surface by treating the surface of the concrete structure with sand blast.
