A motor, control system and method of motor and washing machine are provided to operate the motor with low vibration and less noise. A motor comprises a stator, rotor, motor controller and active dapper. The stator is placed in a circular form with plural coil. The rotor has plural permanent magnet which is separated from the coil in a regular gap. The motor controller controls the power supply which applies to the coil. The active dapper is provided to the motor controller and reduce the pulsation component of power.
