A method for manufacturing a medium for Oyster mushroom culture is provided to reduce a cultivating process in no need of a sterilization and fermentation process, thereby reducing production costs and improving productivity. A method for manufacturing a medium for Oyster mushroom culture comprises the following steps of: putting 94.5-95wt% of dry medium and 5-5.5wt% of calcium hydroxide as raw materials into a mixer; adding water until the medium humidity becomes 60-65% and uniformly mixing them for 15-30 minutes; measuring the pH of the mixture; and adding calcium hydroxide to the pH of 9-10 when the measured value is less than pH 9.
