The given vehicle has a single steered front wheel mounted on a main frame, and two rear wheels mounted on a right and left frames. The main, right and left frames a re connected with each other pivotally. This allows the vehicle to be folded into a compact storage position. For carrying inside a car, the cycle also can be disassembled to four parts. The removable and folding seat assembly has a top-points spring suspension with the axis highe r than the center of gravity of a seated driver. It allows the seat with the driver to keep about vertical position while driving on a laterally slope, or to lean right and left as the vehicle is making a turn. The legs--operated back pedaling brake mechanism is comprised of a chain drive, braking drum, cables and calipers. The vehicle has a car-style steering mechanism with a high rat io cable reducer.
