A sealing structure of an insulation panel is provided not to be influenced by working environment such as temperature, humidity, pollution, etc. by installing a membrane type sealing plate which is resistant to thermal deformation instead of a triplex attached by epoxy glue for sealing up the space between a lower insulation panel and an upper insulation panel, to shorten a period of construction by excluding the hardening time of adhesives, and to improve sealing force by having high fixing strength and being resistant to thermal impact caused by dropping liquefied natural gas and physical impact caused by a ship motion. A sealing structure of an insulation panel comprises a triplex(116) installed between a lower insulation panel(110) and an upper insulation panel(120) of an insulation panel, a sealing plate(140) installed in a space(122) between the upper insulating panels, and, a gap(112) between the lower insulation panels, and a top bridge panel(170) installed to the space after applying an adhesive(160) called epoxy glue on the top of the sealing plate and attached with a corrugation membrane at the top, wherein the sealing plate is manufactured in the type of a metallic membrane sheet such as stainless steel or aluminum, and provided with a projection(142) curved downward at the center to absorb thermal deformation caused by a drop in temperature.
