A method of combined gastrectomy comprises the gastrectomy, passing of empty intestine loop through a window in the transverse mesocolon, formation of invaginated oesophageal-intestinal anastomosis with a gullet, placing of interintestinal connection between the driving and drain loops of empty intestine and muffling of its driving loop. Additionally the segmental resection of the affected area of pancreas body, transection the drain loop of empty intestine below interintestinal fistula, mobilization and formation of Roux-en-Y gastric end-to-side bypass between the distal pancreas stump and mobilized empty intestine and also formation of end-to-side anastomosis between the proximal end of empty intestine and mobilized empty intestine are carried out. |
