PRODUCTION MACHINE (VARIANTS)

The invention relates to coal and ore mining machine-building and can be used in coal combines and units for mechanization of breakage and first workings under conditions of underground development of minerals in thin seams. Production machine consists of screw executive mechanisms, drive reducers, two-side flange electric motor that by means of bolt joints is rigidly connected to the bodies of the drive reducers, portal connected by means of axles to bodies of drive reducers, and bearing beam installed in opposite position with respect to portal and rigidly connected to the bodies of drive reducers by means of axles and bolts. To the unit for connection of portal and the body of drive reducer device of preliminary loading is built-in, this is arranged as pressing threaded mechanism. Supporting beam is made of two parts and is equipped with compensation device arranged as tightening threaded mechanism. Mechanism of pressing and tightening devices can be made hydraulic as well. Variant of production machine proposed differs with the fact that compensation device is arranged as eccentric element of bushing installed in the unit for connection of portal to the body of the drive reducer. At that tightening mechanism of split beam acts as device of preliminary loading. The solution makes it possible to exclude possibility of skew of drive reducers with respect to electric motor and to increase durability of support surfaces in connections of electric motor and the reducers with provision at that of rigidity of joints of main units of frame construction of combine.
